Drake and 21 Savage are gearing up to drop their highly anticipated album ‘Her Loss’ tonight. However, fans couldn’t help but wonder about the girl who appears on the album cover.

Suki Baby graces Drake and 21 Savage’s ‘Her Loss’ album cover

Drake and 21 Savage took to their respective social media accounts earlier this week to unveil the cover of their upcoming album ‘Her Loss.’

Moreover, the art cover is a close-up shot of model Qui Yasuka, who is popularly known as Suki Baby. 

Additionally, according to reports, the photo was taken by photographer Paris Aden almost three years ago.

Aden talked about how Drake and 21 Savage decided to use Suki Baby’s photo for their forthcoming album cover art while talking with Complex magazine during a phone call.

He said, ‘Drake just saw the photo I guess, and they asked if they could use it for the album.’

Aden further explained, ‘I shot that s*it a long time ago. It was her profile pic and he probably fell in love with what he seen.’

Regardless, the reasons behind why and how Drake decided to choose this particular Suki Baby image remain unknown for now.

Meanwhile, Lil Yachty recently shared a post on his Instagram where he claimed that he was the one who found Suki Baby’s picture and chose it to use on the ‘Her Loss’ album cover.

He mentioned, ‘I Chose This Cover Because This Photo Is So Raw… So Authentic… Not Fabricated… Suki Can And Will Only Be Suki.’

The 25-year-old rapper went on to add, ‘MY BROTHRRR @aristatalovich BROUGHT IT TO LIFE…. HER LOSS. F*CK WHO AINT WIT US.’

Who is Qui Yasuka aka Suki Baby?

Suki Baby aka Qui Yasuka was born in North Carolina and is a Japanese- Black American woman. She spent most of her younger years in Japan before eventually moving to Houston, Texas.

She currently works as an adult dancer but she recently shared that she is also a 3D-design artist. 

Suki Baby wrote in one of her tweets, ‘I started sketching n 3D designing in high school and when I moved back from [Japan] a few years ago I stopped completely n dropped out of college and continued to dance to pay bills, but now I get to go back to school and finish what I started!’
