Dr. Alex Khadavi is a well-known dermatologist who has previously made headlines for a variety of reasons. He declared bankruptcy just a month ago when his house, which he reportedly spent $46 million renovating, failed to sell for the amount he expected.
WHO IS DR. ALEX KHADAVI?
Dr. Alex Khadavi, a 49-year-old certified dermatologist, has worked with some of the world’s most famous people, including Khloe Kardashian, Scott Disick, and Lance Bass. He established Advanced Skin and Hair. Alex received his medical degree from George Washington University and finished his fellowship at the National Institutes of Health. He finished his dermatology residency at the University of California, San Francisco. Alex has a large social media following, having over 93,000 followers on Instagram, where he publishes about the operations and treatments he provides.
HE SPENT $46 MILLION ON RENOVATING HIS MANSION
Dr. Alex Khadavi is plainly dissatisfied with the sale of his Bel Air property, since the highest bid was $45.8 million, nearly the same amount he spent refurbishing it. The hillside residence offers breathtaking vistas of Los Angeles as well as exquisite furnishings. However, it was unable to entice an auction price as high as Dr. Alex Khadavi had anticipated. A movie theatre, a champagne tasting room, and an NFT art gallery are among the highlights of the seven-bedroom residence. He is alleged to have paid $16 million for the property in 2013. But it wasn’t until halfway through the restoration that Alex realised his house was too expensive to maintain. “I had unrealistic expectations,” he said.

Dr. Alex Khadavi’s personal life is as private as his wealth. The doctor hasn’t divulged his net worth, and his social media handles provide no indication of his marital status. He is, however, allegedly deeply in debt. According to the Daily Mail, “he owes creditors tens of millions of dollars and anticipated the sale of the property would allow him to pay off his obligations.”
