His fans have begun to notice that Lil Nas X, 22 hasn’t been heard since he announced himself to have tested COVID positive.
Lil Nas X, the outspoken star of ‘Montero (Call Me By Your Name)’ has been missing from social media lately. The ‘Montero hitmaker might have courted several controversies on several occasions, but he surely grabbed attention on Twitter and Instagram. The last time the Grammy-winning rapper shared content on social media was in December 2021.
According to Billboard, the last post was on Dec17. In a series of now-deleted tweets in which he admitted he was infected, reportedly saying “COVID really sucks.” He even pulled out of Capital FM’s jingle ball one week before, though the station said only “members” of several groups had been exposed to the Coronavirus.
It came one day after he appeared at the iHeartRadio Z100 Jingle Ball in New York on Dec. 10.
Is Lil Nas X okay?
According to Lil Nas X’s last Instagram posts, he last logged into his account on December 7, 2021, but he had shared that he was down from COVID on December 17, which he later deleted. However, on December 17, he reportedly posted that he had gone down from Covid, but later deleted it.
As Billboard points out, the Georgia native tweeted, “Covid really sucks.” Lil Nas X pulled out of UK’s Capital FM Jingle Ball one week beforehand. Approximately eight million followers follow Nas X on Instagram; he also has the same number of fans and followers on Twitter.

As reported by The Uproxx, Nas X had also mocked the Omicron/Omarion joked in the deleted tweet: “I’m not certain if I’ve had the Omarion or Alicia keys version of Covid, but this hasn’t been a fun journey”. The tweet followed him posting, “Now that I know I won’t die from congestive heart failure, I will begin making mildly funny jokes about it.”

As a result, one individual stated, “I’m legitimately worried about @LilNasX.”. He had COVID when he last tweeted.
