Kevin Ward, the Hyattsville mayor was found dead at a park suspiciously and that has left a lot of shock and confusion for all who knew him. It’s reported that Kevin Ward had a gunshot wound on his body which was found in the park close to the region Hyattsville where he was the mayor. The investigation is being done to find out what might have gone wrong with him and his cause of death. Meanwhile, all who knew him are mourning the loss.

Who was Kevin Ward?
Kevin Ward, the 44-year-old man was the elected mayor of Hyattsville. He was the first African American to have won that designation in his city. Known for his contribution mostly towards the LGBTQ community, Kevinhas left everyone shocked as to why and how he died so soon.
Kevin Ward has left behind him two sons and people who loved him and his work. The LGBTQ Excellence awardee Kevin was found dead on 25th Jan this year with not much evidence around him.
How did Kevin Ward die?
Although Kevin Ward’s sudden death is under investigation, it’s reported that he might have committed suicide. The gunshot wound found on Kevin’s body looked self-inflicted gunshot wound. Hence, the investigation will try to look into the matter closely to see if he really committed suicide or not.
Kevin Ward was found dead in Fort Marcy Park, Virginia. The park was evidently approx 20 miles away from the region Hyattsville where he served as the mayor. The investigation team is however looking into the matter.

Kevin Ward’s close ones remember him
It’s news of shock especially for the known and close ones of Kevin that he’s no more. All his loved ones have however remembered him and paid their heartfelt tribute to him. Recalling all his kind acts for the LGBTQ community, his friends and family have thanked him for being so helpful and good to everyone.
Kevin Ward’s memorial and other services haven’t been announced yet. It’s expected that the funeral service for Kevin Ward would be done soon. Social media too has been flooded with a tribute for the Hyattsville mayor Kevin Ward. His family is however awaited to issue a statement on his sudden demise.
