Deon Lendore, a three-time Olympic racing athlete, died unexpectedly in a three-car incident in Texas, according to reports. Lendore was only 29 years old at the time of his death. On Monday, DeonLendore was traveling westward on FM 485 in Milam Country in his 2015 Volkswagen Jetta.

Once it exceeded the center line and “broadsided a car” heading the other way, according to the Texas Security agency. Lendore continues to slide so over the center line, colliding head-on with a 2018 Infiniti Vehicle.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety. Lendore was confirmed dead there at the site. As well as the Infiniti’s driver, a 65-year-old lady, was taken to a local hospital with “disabling wounds”. The vehicle that really was sideswiped did not sustain any damage.

Lendore is a three-time global indoors bronze medallist. As well as won a silver medal there in World 4x400m in 2015. He was another multi-time champion at Texas A&M. And holds the position as a volunteering trainer for student-athletes there in 400 and 800-meter dashes.
