Following the favorable ruling in Amber Heard’s defamation trial against Johnny Depp, new information about the actress’s participation in the DCEU has surfaced.
According to a producer on ‘Aquaman 2,’ the film’s makers have opted to cut all of her sequences from the film, which is set to be released in March 2023. Juliette Lauren Fischer, who claims to be an executive producer at Warner Bros., announced the news on her Instagram Story. The account used to be public, but it has since been changed to private.
It is unclear whether Fischer is a real person related to the film’s development or if she is using a fake identity. The cast and crew roster for ‘Aquaman 2’ called ‘Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom’ on IMDb still names Amber Heard as the actress who would play Mera, Jason Momoa’s love interest in the film.
Due to legal difficulties, Johnny Depp had to walk away from cherished franchises like WB’s Fantastic Beasts and Disney’s Pirates of the Caribbean. Depp’s admirers have agitated for Heard’s removal from the role. The actor alleged in the recently finished trial that Heard’s allegations affected his decision to leave those gigs.
What did Juliette Lauren Fischer say about Amber Heard’s involvement in Aquaman 2 in her Instagram post?
Fischer, who bills herself as a WB executive, posted on Instagram that she was in a meeting with the studio, where they presumably discussed the removal of Heard’s sequences from Aquaman 2. She mentioned in a second Instagram story:
“In #Aquaman2, all Amber Heard scenes will be completely removed!”
Fischer had stated in May that Paris Hilton was the top candidate to replace Heard in the future DCEU film.
All of these statements, however, should be regarded with a grain of salt. The development has not been confirmed by Warner Bros. Discovery or any trustworthy insiders. Juliette Lauren Fischer also only has a private Instagram account where she posts such information. She does not have a LinkedIn profile to back up her claims.

In her Instagram bio, Fischer claims to be an executive producer for Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc. and Baz Luhrmann’s production company. However, as previously stated, there are no formal routes through which these claims may be confirmed.
The rumor that Amber Heard has been replaced with Paris Hilton is most likely false
Amber Heard, 36, had already revealed in court that her involvement in Aquaman 2 had already been cut short. Meanwhile, Heard’s representative, Jessica Kovacevic, said that her limited role in the sequel was due to her lack of chemistry with co-star Jason Momoa. Walter Hamada, the head of DC Films mentioned how Heard was never pulled from the contract for the first time.
I’m pretty sure this isn’t a real account. I tried to find a “Juliette Lauren Fischer” online, but there is only an instagram account that isn’t verified, has no following of stars or other known accounts and has apparently spread false rumors before (Paris Hilton as Mera)

Meanwhile, speculations that Paris Hilton will take over for Heard appear to be false, given the socialite has never worked on such large projects before. Furthermore, Hilton has little experience with action-packed parts like Mera’s. As a result, Hilton’s replacement for Heard appears improbable.
The end of the trial
The jury awarded the star of ‘The Rum Diary’ $15 million in compensation and punitive damages, which the judge eventually reduced to $10.35 million. His ex-wife received only $2 million in compensatory damages and no punitive penalties. “Regardless of the outcome, the purpose of bringing this case was to uncover the truth from the outset”. I owed it to my children. And all those who have remained strong in their support for me to tell the truth. After the legal turmoil finished, Depp said, “I feel at peace knowing I’ve finally accomplished that.”
