NYPD is looking for a man who allegedly punched and yelled at his toddler. The incident took place near Times Square on Sunday. A surveillance camera recorded the entire incident. An investigation is being conducted by the police to identify the man.

Unidentified Man Caught Assaulting A Child On Video

The incident occurred on Seventh Avenue in Manhattan on Sunday evening around 6.45 pm. A video revealed a man punching a small child after taking him into a Chinese restaurant. The restaurant is close to Times Square in New York. The surveillance camera recorded the entire incident. The video revealed the man punching the toddler and screaming at him to shut up.

The police, firstly, received a 911 call regarding the same incident. By the time, NYPD reached the location, both the man and the child had already left. An investigation by the police reveals that the man entered the restaurant along with the child around 5.40 pm. Furthermore, the video showed the man striking the child and thereby knocking him to the ground. He then puts the toddler in a stroller, exits, and flees on foot to an unidentified location.

The child’s age and gender are not known. An unidentified suspect is a Black man ranging between 20 to 30 years. The police are in process of tracing the suspect.
