Viktoria Kashirina, a Russian educator, was reportedly dismissed after one provocative footage she shared on social media made headlines. After getting a lot of feedback from kids’ parents and educators, the 23-year-old took down the Instagram post.
Viktoria Kashirina had recently completed her studies. She was a sixth-grade language and literature teacher at School No. 1, a Moscow-based private internet academic institution.
Kashirina was indeed a practicing pole dancer on the side. While educating at the school, something she claims did not engage with her job as a teacher.
After seeing Viktoria Kashirina’s Instagram account, the family basically protested to the school administration.

The Russian State Pedagogical Institute just graduated from Viktoria Kashirina. Her liberal arts degree is in Visual and Studio Industries. She has collaborated with multiple firms to promote various items on her social media profiles as an online star.
An enraged parent had messaged Viktoria Kashirina after seeing her Instagram post. Saying, “Please don’t really publish these e**licit videos. Or anything related to it or close to it on your social media”. My kid is watching this, and you’re getting a lot of praise — but not as a teacher.”
The dancer-teacher, on the other hand, saw no flaws in the material she had provided. “I’ve been pole dancing for the last several years. As well as thought of filming a video for a lot longer”. She said this to Komsomolskaya Pravda, a local news site.
Viktoria Kashirina Reaction To The Incident

As per the reports, the youthful instructor also was contacted by the institution’s administrator. Who remarked that they “get how well these parents would feel.”

The teacher has yet to get her letter and is still teaching her online lessons. Kashirina, on the other hand, has indeed been “fired,” according to the director.
Viktoria Kashirina’s Instagram account has been deactivated. According to reports, Viktoria Kashirina will take the case to court. Because no social media limits were imposed at the moment of her hiring. After all, that was an unjust choice, as Viktoria stated in the interview. She stated that I should not be fired. Kashirina is hopeful that the school would compensate her. But if they do not, she will make a firm choice and file a lawsuit against them in court. She intends to fight lawfully.
