Viewers file complaints with FCC over Sam Smith’s Unholy Grammy performance

It appears like Sam Smith and Kim Petras’ 2023 Grammy performance has managed to anger tons of people. Moreover, many viewers have filed complaints with CBS and the FCC sharing their outrage over the act.

FCC receives complaints for Sam Smith’s controversial Grammy performance
TMZ recently reported that they have seemingly obtained 18 complaints filed with the Federal Communications Commission regarding Sam Smith’s Grammy performance.
Moreover, many viewers stated that the act was textbook devil worship. They continued that they were left shocked by the performance being aired on television.
A viewer complained, ‘I will be canceling my television service due to this.’

In addition, someone labeled the performance as anti-Christian with another viewer accusing that it has the possibility to ‘increase violence against Christians.’
Meanwhile, others took offense to the BDSM and adult images that were included in Smith’s performance.
A different viewer added, ‘It was wrought with evil imagery and depicted DEVIL WORSHIPING ACOLYTES writhing around on the floor virtually naked and in CAGES. It was broadcast on live television, and I cannot believe that CBS allowed it.’
Furthermore, a parent furiously stated, ‘The performance of Sam Smith had people being whipped and in a cage. My 15-year-old son who is an aspiring musician was traumatized by it.’
Politicians express rage over Sam Smith’s performance
Many politicians including Ted Cruz and Marjorie Taylor Greene took to social media to share their take on the act. They went on to call the per formance ‘evil’ and ‘demonic.’
Meanwhile, podcaster Liz Wheeler said, ‘Don’t fight the culture wars, they say. Meanwhile, demons are teaching your kids to worship Satan. I could throw up.’
For the unversed, Smith’s Grammy performance came under fire after many people accused for its Satanic representation.
Church of Satan found Sam Smith’s Grammy performance boring
David Harris, magister for the Church of Satan, seemingly found the act lackluster. He further said that the performance was not any special to be written about during an interview with TMZ.
If you didn’t know, Smith was seen donning a red leather outfit during his recent controversial performance. Moreover, he also wore a satanic horned headgear while Kim Petras was caged behind with fire surrounding her.
However, unlike the majority of people, Harris found Smith’s performance like ‘delicate snowflakes.’
He said, ‘It’s sad when politicians on a national stage use someone’s religion as a punchline.’
