Twitch Star Amouranth Banned Again in 2023, Fans Demand Answers

Amouranth, the popular Twitch streamer has faced her first ban since 2021 on the platform making everyone shocked. Although, a ban on Twitch isn’t something rare to happen with streamers on the platform. The recent ban on Amouranth has left many to think about the reason behind it too.

Twitch is one of the most popular streaming platforms for content creators. There are many female streamers on the platform that are growing popular. One of them is streamer Amouranth. She is having more than 6.3 million followers of her on the platform.

She has been a famous streamer on the platform ever since 2016. In fact, so far since 2021 she even didn’t face any ban on the platform as well. However, it seems like she has violated some Terms of Service of Twitch as she faces her first ban since 2021 now.

Amouranth faces her first ban on Twitch

Amouranth on May 4th faced her first ban on Twitch since 2021. However, even before her ban she had not been streaming on the platform. As she didn’t go live since May 1st. She w as also suspended from her social media accounts on TikTok and Instagram.

Amouranth’s channel on Twitch now shows to be unavailable. As it reads “This channel is temporary unavailable due to violation of Twitch’s Community Guidelines or Terms Of Service”. However, no one stated anything about the reason why the streamer was banned from the platform.

The possible reason behind the ban of Amouranth from Twitch

Ever since Amouranth got banned on Twitch everyone has been thinking as to what made the platform do so with the streamer. However, many believe that the ban on Amouranth could be something related to her not-so-good equation with streamer Adriana Chechik.

As back on 27th April, Adriana had slammed Amouranth’s personality saying the latter has no respect for female streamers. Amouranth however didn’t step back from hitting back at Adriana by commenting on a YouTube video asking her to have a boxing match with her.

She wrote, “I’ll challenge her in the ring. Catch me outside, how about that?”.This seems to have violated Twitch’s Community Guidelines. An attempt or even threat to harm someone physically is considered an offense by the platform enough to get them banned.
