Travis Kelce recently revealed that he already spoke to The Miz that he wants to appear in WWE amid a wild offseason.

Here is everything you need to know.

Travis Kelce might have a role in WWE

Travis Kelce could possibly be next on the list of WWE’s athlete-turned-wrestlers.

In addition, he has already contacted the Miz to join the promotion based in Stamford after his run in the National Football League this year.

Furthermore, TMZ recently caught up with the NFL star where he revealed that he talked to The Miz about introducing himself to the WWE Universe.

He said, ‘We got to, man. We got to eventually figure it out.’

He continued, ‘I gotta get involved somehow, someway. Me and The Miz have been talking a little bit about it, hopefully, we can brew something into fruition.’

Meanwhile, Kelce’s interest in the sports entertainment juggernaut stems after he watched his friend George Kittie clotheslined on The Miz.

For the unversed, The Miz was going against Pat McAfee at WrestleMania 39 Night One during the impromptu match.

Kelce mentioned, ‘My guy George Kittle was at WrestleMania throwing clotheslines left and right, man. It was awesome to see him go nuts.’

Travis Kelce imitates Dwayne Johnson’s infamous line in WWE

The Kansas City Chiefs came out victorious during their match against the Cincinnati Bengals in late January for the AFC Championship Game.

Additionally, Chiefs star Travis Kelce came up with a befitting reply for Cincinnati mayor Aftab Pureval, who thought that the KCC would not be able to defeat the Bengals.

The Ohio native called Pureval a ‘Jabroni’ during an on-stage interview with Jim Nantz following the championship win during his pregame taunts.

He commented, ‘I’ve got some wise words for that Cincinnati mayor.’

He added, ‘Know your role and shut yo’ mouth, you jabroni!’

Meanwhile, if you didn’t know, ‘jabroni’ is one of the most famous catchphrases used by Dwayne Johnson also known as The Rock.

Besides that, Johnson himself took to social media to give a hilarious response after Kelce used his line.

He stated, ‘My boy Trav out here cuttin’ Rock promos with the Love it!!’

He mentioned, ‘My boy said what he said,’ before saying, ‘I appreciate the venomous “shut yo” over formal “shut your.”‘

Besides that, Pureval also congratulated the Kansas team for their win and admitted that he deserved that.

Nevertheless, we can clearly see Kelce’s love for WWE, and a chance to shine in the glitz and glamor of the WWE Universe might soon be knocking on his door.
