It all happened on the night of 12th December (Sunday) when airport police got a report on the disturbance caused by two men in the terminal around 7:00 p.m. The two men were reported fighting at the airport terminal and causing disturbance among the people present at that time. Carey was pointing two fingers at the chest of another man when the cops arrived.
Out of the two, Carey was under arrest and transported to a nearby police station i.e. Kansas City Police Department for the booking made. He got booked for misdemeanor assault at the airport.
At present, he is no longer in custody. The police have forwarded the misdemeanor report to the prosecutor’s office for review. There were charges imposed on Carey for his misbehavior. No comments are available by Carey and Tool on this case so far.

Carey visited his hometown over the weekend. To play drums with the University of Kansas band for the School basketball match against their big-time rivals, the University of Missouri. He joined the school band and performed a cover of Jimi Hendrix’s “Fire”.
Carey did his Graduation from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where he started expanding his career in drums.
The University of Kansas won the match at the end of the day. However, the events took a turn at the airport for Danny Carey.
