In a recent legal case, allegations have been made against Tommy Lee, asserting that he engaged in non-consensual sexual actions towards a woman within a helicopter cockpit. The woman, who is filing the lawsuit, contends that the incident occurred in February 2003 while she was flying in a helicopter with Tommy and another individual. As per the legal documents, the woman asserts that she was urged by the men to join them in the cockpit and sit on Tommy’s lap. Subsequently, she claims that Tommy proceeded to force himself on her, involving actions such as grabbing, kissing, and penetration, all transpiring without her consent.

Reportedly, Tommy initiated unwanted physical contact by touching and kissing the woman. When she attempted to distance herself, his behavior allegedly escalated into violence. As per her account, Tommy allegedly proceeded to penetrate her with his fingers while simultaneously fondling her breasts. The legal documents state that Tommy also allegedly lowered his trousers and attempted to force her head towards his genitals. Upon arriving in Los Angeles, she alleges that Tommy hugged and bounced her before the pilot discreetly returned her to San Diego. The woman claims in the filed documents that the entire incident left her in a state of shock, distress, humiliation, embarrassment, and guilt. She also mentions that she refrained from reporting the incident to the police as she was uncertain about being taken seriously.

Woman Alleges Mötley Crüe Drummer Tommy Lee Sexually Assaulted Her In A Helicopter

Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee faces accusations of sexually assaulting a woman within a helicopter’s cockpit after she was allegedly “enticed” onto the aircraft by the musician’s private pilot. The plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, asserts that during the 40-minute journey from San Diego County to Van Nuys, California, in February 2003, Lee engaged in actions including “forceful groping, kissing, and penetration using his fingers, followed by an attempt to induce oral copulation,” as detailed in the complaint filed on Friday in Los Angeles, according to Rolling Stone. The recent lawsuit reveals that the woman first met the pilot, identified as David Martz, in early 2002 when he visited the San Diego bank where she worked as a teller. Their friendship developed over time, occasionally meeting for lunch at a restaurant named Casa Machado. According to the legal documents, Martz invited the woman to join him in his helicopter, though she hesitated initially due to her lack of experience with helicopter rides. Eventually, she agreed, meeting Martz at an airstrip in early 2003, anticipating a sightseeing tour of San Diego County. However, upon arrival, she alleges being informed of a last-minute change of plans, discovering that she and Martz would be flying Lee to Los Angeles instead. The lawsuit further claims that Martz began preparing drinks immediately, unveiling alcohol stored in the helicopter.

Martz, according to the woman, offered her a drink although she did not drink. Martz and Lee, she claims, drank, smoked marijuana, & snorted cocaine throughout the journey. “At one point, Martz questioned her through the helicopter’s headphone system why she wasn’t drinking and told her to ‘just relax,'” according to the lawsuit. According to the woman, Martz eventually directed her up to the cockpit to sit on Lee’s lap for the greatest view. She acquiesced under “immense pressure,” according to the filing. Lee began touching and kissing her almost immediately, she claims, and when she tried to move away, “he only became more forceful.” “At one point, Lee penetrated plaintiff’s breasts with his fingers while fondling her.” Lee then drew his pants down and tried to press plaintiff’s head towards his genitals. Plaintiff was in tears by this point, but she had nowhere to escape — she was imprisoned with minimal movement to leave the cockpit,” the lawsuit claims. According to the woman, Martz simply watched the alleged assault and did not say a word to her as they flew back to San Diego after dropping Lee off. The suit claims she had no touch with Martz for several years until he called to catch up in June 2009. The chat was brief, and Martz perished in a Cessna accident in August 2015, according to the lawsuit.
