The viral video found its link to an incident that took place in Port Neches, Texas. There a TPC plant had exploded at night emitting such intense light. The incident is said to have happened at around 1 am local time on 27th November 2019 and isn’t something current. Hence, you can be assured it is nothing related to anything with 2023.
