Kick Streamer Vitaly Destroys Viewer’s Drone Live on Stream
3 min readVitaly Zdorovetskiy, known for his controversial Kick streams, has once again sparked viral attention, this time for destroying an individual’s drone live on stream. The incident occurred during a Kick IRL broadcast on May 9, 2024, when Vitaly noticed a drone hovering directly above him and decided to take action by throwing his shoe at it, knocking it down.
Shortly after, the owner of the drone appeared on the livestream, leading to a confrontation with Vitaly. Accusing the drone operator of disrupting his “operation” and filming without permission, Vitaly expressed his frustration:
“Do you think it’s okay f**king our operation up and filming free content?”

The individual defended their actions, claiming they thought they were helping Vitaly’s content and that his Kick chat “loved” the drone footage. However, when they requested the return of their damaged drone, Vitaly further angered them by smashing it to the ground, exacerbating its damage.
Amidst the exchange, the drone owner questioned Vitaly’s authority over the airspace and expressed their discontent over the destruction of their property.
Following the incident, a video clip shared by @DramaAlert on May 9 gained significant traction on social media, eliciting various reactions from fans. While some defended Vitaly’s actions, arguing that the drone operator was in the wrong for invading his privacy, others criticized him for destroying the drone.
This was done on a public road he had every right to fly. Vitaly could be charge up to a $250,000 fine plus 10 years in jail for knocking out the drone. This is according to Texas. I’m not sure about the FFA rules and regulations where they are.

One user, @Loki_Megaa, expressed support for Vitaly’s actions, stating they would have done the same thing in his position. However, others like @KISLASE2002 disagreed, asserting that the drone had every right to fly in public airspace and condemning Vitaly’s destruction of private property.
Furthermore, concerns were raised about the potential legal consequences of Vitaly’s actions, with some fans speculating that he could face fines of up to $250,000 for destroying the drone.
The incident has once again thrust Vitaly into the spotlight, igniting debates among fans and onlookers regarding the boundaries of privacy, property rights, and the responsibilities of content creators in public spaces. As reactions continue to pour in, the aftermath of this confrontation remains a topic of intense discussion within the online community.
