Ashley Johnson alleges verbal abuse, physical abuse, and mental abuse against her former boyfriend Brian Wayne Foster in the restraining order filed against him. Apparently, the Last of Us actress alleges that the writer has committed “countless” acts of terror against her and her family. A restraining order was filed by the 39-year-old actress against her 40-year-old former boyfriend, according to legal documents obtained by The Blast, alleging that he changed the passwords to her home cameras after a huge fight between them and made her feel unsafe at home. Johnson claimed she tried to break things off with Foster for more than two and a half years, but this month finally was able to do it.

According to the documents, Foster is “close to the edge, has the ability to murder, and will cause harm not only to me but to those around him.” Based on his attempts to extort $150,000 from her, his history of verbal abuse, his narcotic addiction, and several other reasons, the police issued an emergency protective order. Further, Johnson claimed Foster began carrying “an ammo case and a large black bag” where she found two air-soft guns and a garotte, a strangulation device.” In April of this year, Foster blocked her from the Internet, and she lost access to her devices in general. As a result of my fear of death, my mother, family, friends, and others contact me. It was terrifying for me. In her filing, she claims, I vacated my home and stayed with my family.

According to reports, Ashley Johnson is seeking a domestic violence restraining order against her ex-boyfriend, Brian Wayne Foster, after they broke up earlier this month. The 39-year-old actress Ashley Johnson alleges in new court documents that her former partner is “close to the edge, capable of murder, and will harm” her and her family. Following an explosive argument between them, the former child actress, who played Chrissy Seaver on Growing Pains, claimed Foster started carrying around a large black bag and an ammo case. In the presence of the LAPD, he vacated my house (which I own solely) on the evening of March 15, 2023, without taking his ammo case or bag. As a result of (Brian) having attempted to extort $150,000 from her, the police issued an (Emergency Protective Order) on May 15, along with his history of verbal abuse, his addiction to narcotics, and a number of other factors. Furthermore, The Last of Us Actress claimed that ‘the respondent’ had locked her out of the Internet and changed the password for her Ring security cameras. Several weeks before that, the respondent blocked my Internet access and my access to all of my devices, including my cameras. Several people contacted me out of fear for my life, including my mother, my family, and my friends. It was terrifying for me. She stated in the filing that she vacated her home and stayed with her family. Johnson requested that the Los Angeles County Court prohibit him from approaching her home or dog within 500 yards of it. According to The Blast, a judge ordered Brian Wayne Foster to stay away from the actress until a formal hearing takes place in June. Moreover, she claimed the breakup took two and a half years. In December 2018, the former couple got engaged after dating since 2012.
