The Bachelor Alum “Demi Burnett” Announces Autism Diagnosis On Social Media

After undergoing a psychological test, Demi Burnett revealed that she had been diagnosed with autism.
‘The Bachelor’ star Demi Burnett, 26, shared the news on her Instagram page. She shared a series of slides explaining autism and ways to support someone with it. She preceded the post with a “trigger warning.”
Burnett was interested in improving his quality of life. In the future, she promised her followers, she would share more about how she came to this decision.
Images were included in the thread to discuss the autism spectrum, supporting neurodivergent individuals, comparing autism traits to trauma symptoms, among other topics.
Many members of the Bachelor Nation offered support to Burnett after her diagnosis.
Who is Demi Burnett?
Located in Red Oak, Texas, Demi was born on February 21, 1990.
She won season six of Bachelor In Paradise in which she got engaged to Kristian Haggerty after being eliminated from season five of The Bachelor with Colton Underwood. It was the first time ever that a same-sex couple got engaged on the show. Unfortunately, the engagement ended in October of this year.
Slater Davis, a popular musician, then started dating her, but they ended up breaking up a few months later. Entertainment Tonight interviewed her in June 2020, and she confessed: “I’m obsessed with him. He’s the best ever.”
Burnett appeared on season seven of Bachelor in Paradise. In 2021, she was a contestant on ABC’s Celebrity Dating Game. In the game, both men and women were considered as potential love interests.
The now-deleted Instagram post in which Bennett talks about her debilitating. Emotional breakdowns every few hours was the beginning of her mental health journey in January 2022. She wrote that she was not doing anything to envy. “I’m not ‘happy’ I’m not social.”
She endorses brands in the fashion, beauty, and travel fields with her 1 million Instagram followers. Having grown up in rural Texas, Demi is a proud country girl. ABC reports that she loves to do are ride ATVs, fish, and watch WWE.
