Tesla files to become an electricity supplier in Texas, Is Tesla ready for it?

Tesla is now ready to provide electricity to Texas. The company wants to sell electricity directly to the locals of Texas. The company filed an application this month to the Public Unity Commission of the locality. The application is supposedly for the big battery, built by Tesla in Angleton, Texas (around the city of Houston). The big battery will add a 100-megawatt energy storage system to the power grid. Reports were first published in Texas Monthly. The new venture has a new name from Tesla, called Tesla Energy Ventures.

Tesla has created many energy storage systems around the globe. The countries having energy storage systems are Australia, South Australia, America, and Europe. The company has not started as a retail provider of energy, yet. Other company’s energy generation, consumption, and storage will be the Big Batteries’ responsibility. It was later figured out that the regulators and energy departments, lawmakers, and Public Utilities Commission are corrupted. The companies and regulators ignored the repair of the Texas power grid. After many blackouts, the companies have asked for weatherproofing facilities, turbines, and other equipment to generate proper power for the whole area.

The Texas Power Grid is not in touch with the rest of the U.S., so help was not available for the state. Texas has managed to give the authority to the Electric Reliability Council Of Texas (ERCOT). ERCOT provides electricity to more than 25 million households in Texas. When Elon Musk

saw the continuous blackouts, he wrote to ERCOT.

Musk is not assigned as a President of Tesla Energy Ventures, Ana Stewart, is the current President of the energy venture. The Regulatory Credit Trading is Ana Stewart. Ana works in Tesla since 2015. Further, Tesla earned $104 million net profit in September 2020. The Electric Cars and Solar Panels are the best-selling items of Tesla.

Ana Stewart is more like a lucky charm to the company of Tesla. She brought in $3.8 billion of regulatory credits since 2017. Tesla Energy Venture also said that it will work with Engie Energy Marketing.
