Taylor Swift dropped the music video of her Ice Spice-powered Karma remix, twenty-four hours after debuting the collaboration.

Taylor Swift surprised her fans a few minutes before the clock struck midnight on Friday. Moreover, she took the stage of New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium where she kicked off a three-night stint of her Eras tour.

In addition, she brought out a surprise guest by welcoming rapper Ice Spice as the duo concluded the concert.

Swift and Ice Spice together performed Karma which also marked the first time they have sung it live.

If you didn’t know, the duo released the song early Friday morning as a part of the Midnights (The Til Dawn Edition) re-release.

Subsequently, their new collaborative track is among the three bonus cuts included in the latest album.

Besides that, the remix version has traded one of Swift’s original verses for Ice Spice singing on various sorts of karma.

She raps, ‘Karma is your text ’bout to bounce.’

One of her other lyrics reads, ‘Karma is the fire in your house/And she ’bout to pop up unannounced.’

Taylor Swift recently talked about the visuals included in the music video of the ‘Karma’ remix which features Ice Spice.

She said, ‘At the very beginning of the year when I was just starting to train for this tour, I got reached out to by Ice Spice.’

She continued, ‘She reached out and said, “If you’d ever like to do a collab, I would love to.” And what she didn’t know at the time is that when I was training for the tour, I was listening to pretty much exclusively just her music every single day.’

Additionally, she mentioned, ‘All day. … So I said, “Absolutely, when can we do it?” So we immediately went into the studio and I just not only fell in love with her but just decided she’s the entire future.’

The video included visuals such as Swift being inside an hourglass that turns into a cat eye.

Besides that, Swift praised Ice Spice for her artistry before she released the remix track.

She said at that time, ‘I’m a massive fan of this brilliant artist, and after getting to know her I can confirm: she is THE ONE to watch.’
