The alleged murderer of Takeoff is requesting the judge to fund him money since he needs a private investigator to build his defense.

Here is everything you need to know.

Takeoff’s alleged murderer requests funds to hire P.I.

TMZ obtained legal documents which noted that Takeoff’s alleged murderer, Patrick Xavier Clark is asking for an initial sum of $5,000 to hire a private investigator.

Moreover, he cited the reason that he is financially unable to afford one on his own.

In addition, the documents claimed that Clark’s family has spent all their money on their current attorney who has reduced their rate to work for him.

Besides that, Clark mentioned that they also need a private investigator for his defense. He reasoned that it is necessary to hire one to, ‘properly investigate [Clark’s] case and to prepare effectively for trial.’

Meanwhile, Clark is claiming that he has already found a private investigator who has agreed to work at a reduced rate of $85/hour for him.

Regardless, the Houston police department announced last week that they have arrested and charged Clark with the murder of Takeoff. Additionally, the judge has set his bond at $2 million.

The legal documents also said that if Clark is released then he will immediately be put under house arrest. Furthermore, he will be prohibited from possessing guns, firearms, or any other deadly weapons.

Also, Clark will need to refrain from using marijuana or any substance that is without a prescription.

Clark has also been ordered to not engage in conversation with certain people including Takeoff’s family members, J. Prince Jr. as well as boxing player Shakur Stevenson.
