Gregory Jein aged 76 who was best known for his design work in the Star Trek franchise has left the world. Yes, Jein died of cardiac arrest while he was battling health issues including diabetes. He passed away last month on 22nd May.
Yet the news of his demise came much later this month. As per a spokesperson from their family of Jein, the news of his demise wasn’t out due to personal reasons. Meanwhile, his departure for the heavenly abode has left a big void in the entertainment industry.

Gregory Jein was born in the year 1945 on 31st October. While he did his schooling at Audobon Junior High, Dorsey High School. His career began by making miniatures for using it via special effects in various series like Gordon Flesh. His massive break came from Close Encounters Of The Third Count. That was a science fiction film by Steven Spielberg.
One of his key works was the 1979 Star Trek film. Where he was having the work to design the planetary models for the project. For a long he was associated with the Star Trek franchise with his skills serving the need of the franchise.
