The lawsuit accuses Christian Combs of sexual assault, harassment, and causing emotional distress, while Sean Combs is being sued for premises liability and aiding and abetting his son in the alleged assault. Both Combs have vehemently denied the allegations, with their lawyer dismissing the lawsuit as “lewd and meritless.”

O’Marcaigh describes a chilling encounter in the yacht’s studio, where she claims Christian Combs drugged and assaulted her. These recordings, allegedly made by a producer present in the studio, provide a harrowing glimpse into the ordeal O’Marcaigh endured.

The lawsuit further alleges that O’Marcaigh’s complaints to the yacht captain the following day were dismissed, leading to retaliation and ultimately her termination. The emotional and psychological toll of the alleged assault has been profound, with O’Marcaigh experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, and severe suicidal ideations.
