The episode purportedly occurred on 27th July 2022, after officials Daisy Mazariegos and Brandon Nail spotted a man with an open beer container on Windward Way. Following public objection to the vicious capture, an investigation has now been launched in the direction of the two officials engaged in the incident. The victim has been reportedly found not guilty.

Not long after, San Rafael Police Officer Brandon Nail showed up at the scene. Talking about the episode, Charlie Dresow, the victim’s lawyer, said They just grabbed the person, punched him, and ground his face into the gravel, it’s not right. His face winds up bloodied, and he experienced a broken nose and blackout. The victim was taken to a local hospital and later accused of felony resisting arrest. Nonetheless, those allegations have been excused, and presently the attention is being centred around the lead of those San Rafael police officers.
