The episode purportedly occurred on 27th July 2022, after officials Daisy Mazariegos and Brandon Nail spotted a man with an open beer container on Windward Way. Following public objection to the vicious capture, an investigation has now been launched in the direction of the two officials engaged in the incident. The victim has been reportedly found not guilty.

The men incorporated a famous Marin County gardener, who reportedly tried to explain that he and his companions routinely gathered in the neighbourhood to drink beer and catch up after work. Accordingly, official Mazariegos asked them that they put their beer down, prior to adding: You’re barely around here drinking, you believe it’s fun? Not long after, San Rafael Police Officer Brandon Nail showed up at the scene.
