Ron Carlson And Selma Blair’s Age Difference Explored As actress files restraining order against ex

Ron Carlson and Selma Blair file restraining orders against each other and try to overturn the other’s statements. Both claim physical assault by the other on 22nd February. The investigation is still under process

The dispute between Selma Blair and Ron Carlson

Ron Carlson is Selma Blair’s ex-lover. It has been reported that on 22nd February when Carlson came to drop off a television set after they broke up earlier at the start of the year, he attacked the actress. She claims that “ While I was lying on the sofa, he lunged at me and started strangling.” He also called her a useless cripple, as the actress suffers from multiple sclerosis.

She has been granted a restraining order, ordering Ron to stay away from her and her son for at least 100 yards. Blair’s lawyer states: “Selma Blair was the victim of domestic violence by her ex-boyfriend, Ron Carlson. Carlson entered Ms. Blair’s home uninvited last month, while she was there with her child, and assaulted her. He choked Ms. Blair until she could not breathe, and then he left the house. Ms. Blair filed a police report and is fully cooperating with law enforcement in its investigation of this crime.”

While Ron has denied these claims, he has also applied for a restraining order against the Actress. His lawyer states that “Ron Carlson did not assault or choke Selma Blair and that she attacked him first. Carlson has been granted a restraining order of his own, and he is also cooperating with the police in their investigation.”

However, Selma’s attorney says that “Ms. Blair’s ex-boyfriend is a serial domestic abuser who has been arrested numerous times for beating her. She filed for and was granted a temporary restraining order last month when he attacked her again. She will continue to cooperate with law enforcement and looks forward to obtaining a permanent protection order against him so that he can be prevented from contacting her in the future.

Ron Carlson and Blair had been dating for around 2 years. Ron Carlson is known for his role in “The Wraith” and also appeared in many other roles such as Another 9 1/2 Weeks, Mercy, and The Last Days of Disco. Before dating Selma, he dated another famous actress, Kate Bosworth, and started dating when they met on the set of their movie “The Woods”. Although there was a huge age difference between them, it seems that it worked for them for a few years.

Blair was in a relationship with the famous designer, Jason Bleick from 2010 to 2012. The couple has a son together who was born in 2011. Previously she was married to fellow actor and director, Ahmet Zappa and divorced him in 2016.
