Her arrest happened on 27th January 2023. However, three days later she was released from custody on bond. She was charged with speeding, ignoring stop signs, driving without care and attention, etc. Yet, now another piece of news about the author has come out.

After the release of the author Faleena Hopkins, another piece of news about her has come out. As one of her friends has informed us that Faleena has been missing. It was on 10th February that a friend of Faleena told a media outlet that the author is missing. Last time Faleena was seen in Jackson.
Police have begun to search for the author. As they have asked anyone with information on the whereabouts of the author to inform to Wyoming Division Of Criminal Investigation or to the Jackson Police Department. As per court documents, Faleena is mentioned to be a resident of Wyoming, Jackson. Where according to the jail roster the author is said to be living in Seattle, Washington.
