Quavo fuels Saweetie cheating rumors in new song
Quavo and Takeoff released their debut album as a duo, Only Built for Infinity Links on 7th October Friday. However, a few snippets of one song, in particular, is causing a frenzy on social media.
Their LP includes a track titled, Messy and fans are convinced that he is spilling the tea about his relationship with former girlfriend Saweetie. Particularly, the rumors that she slept with estranged Migos member Offset.
The Huncho singer raps, ‘I said ‘Caresha please’ ’cause she too messy. B***h f*** my dawg behind my back, but I ain’t stressin’(Not at all).’
Additionally, he sings, ‘You wanted the gang, you shoulda just said it. We would have blessed it. (You shoulda just said it). Now sh** got messy (Uh).’
Moreover, fans believe that Quavo might be referring to the Icy Grl’s singer’s recent appearance on Yung Miami’s Caresha Please podcast.
If you didn’t know, Quavo and Saweetie dated for nearly three years but called it quits last year in March.
Fans react to Quavo addressing Saweetie’s cheating rumors
The social media is currently buzzing with talks over Quavo indirectly hinting that his ex-girlfriend Saweetie hooked up with someone close to him.
Hence, several fans took to Twitter to share their feelings on Quavo and Takeoff’s new song Messy.
A fan wrote, ‘The rumors about offset & saweetie been going around all year. Now Quavo calling offset unloyal and saying saweetie fcked his dawg behind his back basically confirms it. That’s so messy. Not only are u cheating on ya wife AGAIN, but this time with ya cousin’s girlfriend.’

However, a few users think that Quavo is referring to Lil Baby since he was linked to Saweetie shortly after their breakup.
One user pointed out, ‘Quavo did cheat. Saweetie messing around with Lil Baby. The Shade room got the receipt. It’s not Offset lol. He’s a married man. Leave him alone.’
Furthermore, others did not believe the song to be a true revelation.
