Post Malone falls through a hole while performing live on stage
Post Malone fell on stage while performing in St. Louis, Montana on Saturday night. The rapper performed at the Enterprise Center on 17th September as a part of his Twelve Carat Toothache Tour stop.
However, a day later videos started surfacing on the internet featuring Malone’s accidental fall.
In the clip, we can see the 27-year-old rapper making his way across the stage while he was singing Circles when he mistakenly steps into a hole that was not covered. The hole was meant to lower his guitar.
Regardless, Malone hit the floor in a fast and violent motion. Furthermore, his upper body and face slammed to the ground with great impact.
Subsequently, Malone can be seen wincing in pain while he continues to lay on the ground and grab at his rib area.
Nevertheless, medics and security guards quickly rushed to Malone to assist him. Meanwhile, the audience continued to chant his name but went quiet after realizing the severity of the accident.
Post Malone returns to the stage
After a few minutes of being treated off stage by the medics, Post Malone returned to the stage to complete his show.
He reportedly said to the crowd, ‘St Louis, I’m so f**king sorry I ruined the show tonight, ladies and gentlemen.
The Congratulations singer continued, ‘I want to thank you for your patience and I’m sorry. There was a big a** hole in the middle of the stage.’
Additionally, he went on, ‘I want to say thank you to everybody for hanging in there, and I want to say thank you, everybody. I got the best f***king fans in the world.’
He concluded by saying, ‘No matter what we f***king do. I’m going to keep trying to kick a** and keep going and make this f***king tour awesome.’

Post Malone took to his official TikTok account to share an update on his health after he reportedly ‘broke a few ribs’ during the stage fall.
He wrote, ‘We just got back from the hospital. And everything’s good. Everything’s good. They gave me some pain meds and everything so we can keep kicking a** on the tour.’
