Sources from law enforcement informed TMZ that the Beverly Hills Police Department recently concluded the investigation of Pete Davidson’s late-night car crash.
Moreover, they even sent it to the County District Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles to determine whether the comedian is guilty or not.
If you didn’t know, the case will not be handled by the District Attorney, who usually deals with charges related to a felony.

However, the District Attorney in Beverly Hills occasionally solves misdemeanor charges.
In addition, we already know that drugs and alcohol have been ruled out as factors that caused the mishap.
However, it is reported that Davidson was traveling at a high speed when he crashed into a house. Hence, it is possible that Davidson will be charged with reckless driving.
Pete Davidson crashed his car in Los Angeles with Chase Sui Wonders in the passenger seat
Pete Davidson and his rumored girlfriend Chase Sui Wonders were involved in a car collision in Beverly Hills in March 2023.
According to TMZ, Davidson was accompanied by Wonders, who was sitting in the passenger seat, when he was driving the car.
Nevertheless, the actor was driving at a high speed which led to the car losing control and going over the curb. It hit a fire hydrant before ultimately colliding with the side of the residence.
Meanwhile, the teenage daughter of the property’s owner was present inside the house at the time of the incident.
Fortunately, the girl was nowhere near the section when Davidson’s Mercedes slammed into a portion of the house.
Besides that, the owner said during an interview, ‘The structure of the house is damaged tremendously. It was very dramatic.’
He continued, ‘The main thing for me is that they are OK. We don’t think it’s safe [to be in the house].’
Davidson first sparked dating rumors with the actress Chase Sui Wonders in December 2022 after they attended the New York Rangers game together.
Subsequently, the couple fueled the rumors after they were captured getting cozy with each other while waiting for their food earlier this year. In addition, Davidson and Wonders were also seen hanging out at Universal Studios Hollywood.
