Yet, Noah Schnapp earlier this year via TikTok came to announce that he’s gay. It came out as a shock to many of his fans. Though he recently recalled his family and friends’ reaction to his se*uality. As he even remembered telling it to his Stranger Things co-star Millie Bobby Brown.

Noah Schnapp has opened up on how he told his family that he’s gay. He first revealed telling the same to his twin sister Chloe. He said about his sister’s reaction “She was ecstatic. She said that she would’ve hated the idea of me marrying another girl and having to compete with that girl for my attention”.

He further added saying “The fact that now it’ll be a guy she’s like, ‘Oh, he’ll be my best friend’. Post which Schnapp revealed the same to his family and friends too. However, he did mention how tough it was for him to tell the same to his co-star Millie Bobby Brown.

Noah didn’t want to hide his sexuality from anyone. Hence, he decided to mention the same to even his close friends. One of them was Millie Bobby Brown too. Noah Schnapp remembered telling the truth about his se*uality to Millie. As he told it wasn’t an easy one with Millie.
He said “i kept trying to do it in person with her, and it was too hard. So then I just FaceTimed her one day in the middle of a Party City and I was like, ‘Millie, I’m gay’. And she was like, ‘Oh!, Schnapper! You told me finally!'”. He even shared that in terms of his sexuality, his character in Stranger Things has been so real.
