Nicole Shanahan is an attorney and businesswoman from California. She is 37 years old.
Nicole is the creator of ClearAccessIP, a 2013 startup that manages patents. She is also the creator of the Bia-Echo Foundation, which promotes equality and extended reproductive life.
She is listed as a CodeX academic fellow at the Stanford Center for Legal Informatics on her official website.
Her study reportedly focuses on transaction cost theory, which “theorizes on the pace and character of society’s adoption of artificial intelligence for law and administration” and was developed by Ronald Coase.

Nicole has been outspoken about the challenges she encountered when attempting to conceive her own child.
She reportedly donated $100 million in 2019 to support late-life pregnancies as well as other initiatives.

According to a Page Six source, Nicole and Sergey kept their wedding a secret for a long.
According to reports, the pair wed in 2018 after dating for two years. Their daughter, who was born the same year as their wedding, is something they share.
However, once The Chronicle of Philanthropy published on it in 2019, others learned of their marriage.
When Sergey requested a divorce in January 2022, their relationship came to an end. The proceedings are still ongoing, according to Insider.
