Nick Cannon recently hit back at the haters calling him a ‘deadbeat father’ because he has fathered a dozen kids.

Nick Cannon sat down for an interview with the Los Angeles Times on 7th May Sunday to clap back at netizens for calling him a bad das.
He said, ‘I’ve been villainized.’
He continued, ‘I hear all the time: “You can’t be present for all those children.” So therefore I get this deadbeat dad title.’
Subsequently, he went on to imply that his take on polygamy is what makes him open to being scrutinized by the public.
Moreover, Cannon added, ‘Right now the narrative is, “He has a bunch of kids.”‘
But the 42-year-old acknowledged that it’s his view on polygamy that makes him open for public scrutiny.
If you didn’t know, netizens have slammed him, pointing out that he cannot be there for his dozen children at the same time after stating that he merges his parenting duties with a hectic work life.
He explained, ‘I’m really at a place now where I don’t care what people know. I’d rather just operate.’
Furthermore, The Masked Singer host also talked about the reports from last fall suggesting that he pays around $3 million in child support each year.
He shares, ‘That’s not a lot of money. When you think about my lifestyle, I have to generate at least $100 million a year.’
Cannon mentioned, ‘It’s not about what I do for you or what I say to you, it’s about how you feel when I’m with you.’
