Natasha Lyonne and Fred Armisen Split Confirm After 8 Years of Dating

Natasha Lyonne and Fred Armisen recently announced that they are no longer together. The actress spoke about her relationship with Armisen and acknowledged their divorce while discussing the second season of the Russian Doll series. “I’m not,” the 43-year-old responded when asked if she is currently based in Los Angeles. I was there while I was living with Fred [Armisen] and when COVID was going on.”
“I honestly believe we broke up because I wanted a swimming pool,” she concluded. We love one other almost as much as two people can love each other, and we still communicate all the time, but Freddy doesn’t like swimming pools.”
She said, “It might seem like a mundane reason for a breakup, but during that pandemic, you’ve got to get your laps – I’m like Burt Lancaster in The Swimmer.”
As a result, Natasha decided to buy a house in Los Angeles with a pool. She joked that this is a genuine controversy, and said she considered herself a true bicoastal. Armisen’s agents have yet to make a statement.

The cause for Natasha Lyonne and Fred Armisen’s split is still a mystery. Lyonne, on the other hand, told a news outlet that they broke up because Fred wanted a swimming pool. More information on the subject is still pending.
Natasha and Fred first met in 2014 at the Chateau Marmont for Netflix’s post-Emmys party. According to a source at the time, the two exchanged kisses and were comfortable together at the event.
In a 2019 interview, the actor of Orange Is the New Black disclosed that Maya Rudolph, Armisen’s former Saturday Night Live colleague, introduced them.
In an interview, Armisen stated that he was attempting to be less selfish. He wanted to contribute more than he usually does. The ex-couple was last seen together at the Golden Globes in 2020.
Following their last appearance, the Scary Movie 2 star sparked breakup speculations when she was photographed holding hands with an unknown guy while attending the Malibu Chili Cook-Off in September 2021.
Fred was previously married to Elisabeth Moss from 2009 to 2011 and Sally Timms from 1998 to 2004. Lyonne was previously linked to Edward Furlong and Adam Goldberg.
