Nardo Wick responds to a video of a horrific attack on a fan in Tampa. A video of two members of Nardo Wick’s entourage punching out a fan who was attempting to beg for a photo went viral early Tuesday (Nov. 28), and Wick has now issued a statement. The video, which was shot after Wick’s performance at Club Skye in Tampa, Fla., on Monday night, reveals a man following the “Who Wants Smoke?” rapper, two men assault him repeatedly as he lies on the ground. While he is being assaulted, a voice in the background, thought to be Wick’s, can be heard advising the men to “chill.”

An official statement issued by the Tampa Police Department stated that they “are interested in talking to anyone who witnessed the events or may know anything that could assist in identifying the suspects.”In an attempt to draw attention to the incident, the victim’s mother resorted to Facebook, writing, “My son requested a stupid f—in picture with his favourite artist!!!” And this is exactly what he gets!!!”I’m sick to my stomach just thinking about the outcome. ” Wick posted a statement on his Instagram page after initially refusing to respond to TMZ’s questions. According to a Tampa Police Department representative, the incident is being investigated and the victim is in “critical, but stable condition.”

On Wednesday, November 29, the Knock Knock rapper issued an Instagram post stating that he does not support violence. He then apologised to both the victim as well as his mother. Wick additionally stated that he texted the victim’s mother his phone number so that they could talk about the event. Nardo Wick concluded his remarks by noting that his team’s actions were “in no way gangsta or cool.”
