Nancy Pelosi sat down with Anderson Cooper for a CNN interview on Monday where she slammed Elon Musk for sharing right-wing conspiracy theories over the assault on her husband Paul Pelosi.
She said, ‘It’s really sad for the country that people of that high visibility would separate themselves from the facts and the truth in such a blatant way.’
Moreover, she added, ‘It’s traumatizing to those affected by it. They don’t care about that obviously. It’s destructive to the unity we want to have in our country. It’s destructive to the unity we want to have in our country.’

The California congresswoman went on to note, ‘You would think there would be some level of responsibility, but you see what the reaction is on the other side to this, to make a joke of it, and really that is traumatizing too.’
Pelosi continued, ‘In our democracy there is one party that is doubting the outcome of the election, feeding that flame, and mocking any violence that happens. That has to stop,’
She revealed, ‘I don’t have anything to say to them. There will be no common ground to have any conversation with.’

Musk since then deleted tweet comes after Hillary Clinton criticized Republicans for spreading ‘hate and deranged conspiracy theories.’
