MrBeast Hints at Legal Action Against DogPack404 Over Alleged Defamatory Videos

Jimmy “MrBeast,” one of the biggest names in online content creation, recently addressed a series of allegations made by DogPack404, a smaller YouTuber, during an in-depth interview with fellow creator Oompaville. The conversation, released on November 22, 2024, sheds light on the impact of these claims, which MrBeast described as “manipulative” and “misleading.”
DogPack404’s accusations, published in a series of videos between July and August 2024, include claims that MrBeast faked his content and employed a sexual predator. These videos reportedly led to severe reputational and financial consequences for the YouTuber, whose empire spans across platforms and industries.

In the interview, MrBeast disclosed how the allegations caused significant harm to his business, stating:
“There are tons of examples of him intentionally manipulating things to not be true and posting it online. He made an hour and 27-minute video, and an hour of it was flat-out manipulation and lies that caused a lot of harm to my business. I have people pull out millions of dollars and tell me that it was because of his (Dogpack404) videos.”

The YouTube mogul also hinted at pursuing legal action against DogPack404, indicating that legal notices are already being prepared:
“I don’t want to be put into this situation but (I) probably gonna have to (sue him). What do you do, if someone is just spreading misinformation about you and causing harm to your business? They’re not done drafting it up (the legal notice), but once they’re done, more than likely.”
Ava Kris Tyson Controversy Also Addressed
This is not the first controversy MrBeast has had to confront this year. Before DogPack404’s videos surfaced, his team faced scrutiny due to allegations of grooming against Ava Kris Tyson, a former associate.
During the same interview, MrBeast revealed that he refrained from commenting on the matter earlier due to advice from an independent firm conducting an internal investigation. According to MrBeast, the investigation ultimately found no merit to the claims of sexual misconduct.

He explained the decision to stay silent during the process:
“Part of that investigation was that they recommended that I not talk about drama because of my influence on witnesses or ex-employees. I told them, ‘Okay, I will wait till the investigation is over.’ It was a week before the DogPack404 video came out.”
Although the investigation took longer than anticipated, MrBeast clarified that his silence was not an admission of guilt but a necessary step to ensure the inquiry’s integrity.
As of now, DogPack404 has not publicly responded to MrBeast’s statements or the potential lawsuit. Fans and critics alike are watching closely to see how the situation unfolds.
