YouTube megastar Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson, the platform’s most-subscribed creator, is facing serious new allegations that could further jeopardize his growing internet empire. YouTuber DogPack404, a self-proclaimed former employee of MrBeast, has recently released a third video in a series of exposés, accusing Donaldson of defending employees who have been implicated in sexual assault incidents within his company.

DogPack404 has been a vocal critic of MrBeast, having already uploaded two videos that dissect various allegations against Donaldson and his team. In his latest video, titled ‘MrBeast’s Secret CEO’, uploaded on August 28, DogPack claims that MrBeast rehired a former employee who had previously been accused of sexual harassment, sparking outrage and raising questions about the YouTuber’s handling of such serious issues.

The employee in question, Locoya Hill, reportedly joined MrBeast’s team as a producer in 2019 after previously running an adult entertainment business. According to DogPack, Hill was placed on paid leave in 2021 following accusations of sexually assaulting his assistant. However, despite these allegations, Hill was allegedly brought back into the fold in 2023 as the company’s Chief Operating Officer (COO).

To support his claims, DogPack included what he says are screenshots of text messages from “verified” MrBeast employees that corroborate his story. These messages indicate that the allegations against Hill were well-known within the company, yet he was still rehired to a position of significant authority.

DogPack also pointed to another disturbing incident involving James Warren, another employee of MrBeast, who allegedly sexually assaulted a female coworker. According to DogPack, the female employee left the company following the incident and was given a three-year severance package as a form of compensation.

In addition to these specific allegations, DogPack shared a text from an anonymous female employee who described the workplace at MrBeast’s company as toxic and sexist. She detailed how female employees were often advised to avoid being alone with certain male colleagues in positions of power, and recounted inappropriate conversations and behavior that she experienced regularly.

“It was told to avoid being alone in a room with certain people in positions of power,” the anonymous employee wrote. “At least once a week I was subjected to inappropriate questions and conversations. …The minute any woman leaves a room they talk about if/how they would ‘f*ck’ her.”

These new accusations come just days after DogPack received a cease-and-desist letter from MrBeast’s attorney, Alex Spiro, a lawyer known for representing high-profile clients like Megan Thee Stallion, Elon Musk, and Alec Baldwin. Although DogPack did not directly address the lawsuit in his latest video, he hinted that there were topics he could not discuss due to legal constraints.

As of now, MrBeast has yet to publicly respond to these serious allegations. His silence is particularly notable given the recent internal investigation into his company following the scandal involving former collaborator Ava Kris Tyson, who was accused of inappropriate behavior with minors. MrBeast distanced himself from Tyson, but these new accusations suggest that more troubling issues may be lurking within his organization.

With these latest revelations, MrBeast’s reputation as a beloved internet figure is under increasing scrutiny. The YouTuber’s handling of these allegations could have significant repercussions not only for his brand but also for his relationship with millions of fans who have supported his rise to fame. As the situation develops, the world will be watching closely to see how MrBeast addresses these claims and whether he can restore trust in his rapidly growing empire.
