MrBeast has been sued for $100m by the company behind his own food line MrBeast Burger over “disparaging” comments. Well, everything isn’t going fine between Virtual Dining Concepts, the company behind MrBeast Burger, and the YouTuber. Now they enter into a legal battle against each other.

Trouble between MrBeast and MrBeast Burger
When MrBeast from a YouTuber became a big brand. A lot of businesses began deals having his name to find their place in the market. One such business was the food line of him called MrBeast Burger. The brand had Virtual Dining Concepts behind its operations. The customers were happy too with the food that came under the brand.
However, lately, customers have been complaining about the dissatisfying quality of food served to them under MrBeast Burger. Post which MrBeast had to even sue the company behind MrBeast Burger calling the food served under the brand to be “revolting” and more.
Virtual Dining Concepts sues MrBeast for $100m
Virtual Dining Concepts who is behind the MrBeast Burger brand is not in a mood to accept the accusations made by the YouTuber MrBeast in his recent lawsuit. In response to this now VDC has filed a lawsuit for $100m against the YouTuber.
YouTube star MrBeast is being sued for $100 million by Virtual Dining Concepts, the company that operates his virtual restaurant chain, MrBeast Burger.

It was in New York state court this Monday that VDC filed the lawsuit against the YouTuber. In the lawsuit, VDC has made many claims against MrBeast. It even stated that the YouTuber has been trying to “torpedo the brand”. Further, it accused the YouTuber of breaching the contract by publicly criticizing the brand.

In the filed lawsuit by VDC, the accusations made against the YouTuber says “Donaldson’s baseless and unlawful disparagement had the intended effect: MrBeast Burger’s reputation was materially damaged if not destroyed, customers abandoned the brand, and plaintiff’s hard-won relationships with vendors, partners, and suppliers were shattered, causing damages to plaintiffs that, according to the evidence and Donaldson’s own statement regarding the value of MrBeast Burger, are in the nine-figure range”.
Not to miss, the legal battle has turned messier for both sides now. As MrBeast wants to terminate his deal with MrBeast Burger. While VDC stands to challenge the YouTuber for not having the right to do so.
