Popular family Youtuber Ruby Franke has been arrested for child abuse making two kids get hospitalized. Ruby is famous for being the mother of the family channel, 8 Passengers. The channel has been known for its daily life fun vlogs. The claims made about Ruby lately have been shocking for all.

It was on 30th August that Fox13 made shocking claims about Ruby Franke. As it said the 8 Passengers mother has been arrested along with Jodi Hildebrandt. Jodi is the founder of ConneXions, a parent counseling service. The arrest of the two came in the context of child abuse.

Both Jodi and Ruby were found suspicious of aggravated child abuse. That made two kids of Ruby to get hospitalized too. But what exactly happened to the kids of Ruby that made the vlogger get arrested for child abuse? Here’s what we know.
What happened to the kids of Ruby Franke?
The New York Times has come up with another report saying that the 12-year-old son of Ruby had entered a neighbor’s house climbing out a window at Jodi’s home. Ruby’s son had been asking for food and water from the neighbor looking malnourished.
The child as per the affidavit had been found with duct tape around his wrists and ankles. While he had open wounds too. It was then that the neighbor called the police to intervene. Later in the same house, even the 10-year-old daughter of Ruby was found. As she too appeared malnourished.

After finding both the kids of Ruby Franke. They were taken to the hospital for treatment. In fact, as per the affidavit, the boy is on medical hold “due to his deep lacerations from being tied up with rope and from his malnourishment”.
The police have contacted the Utah Division of Child and Family Services as about four kids were taken by them for care. Meanwhile, both Jodi and Ruby have been arrested for child abuse. The two were denied bail by the judge looking at ” the severity of the injuries of her two kids located in the home”.
Shari Franke, the eldest daughter of Ruby took to her Instagram to show her support for the arrest. As she wrote, “Hi all. Today has been a big day. Me and my family are so glad justice is being served. We’ve been trying to tell the police and CPS for years about this, and so glad they finally decided to step up”.
