Miley Cyrus sat down with E! News on 15th December where she talked about the possibility of her playing Dolly Parton in a biopic.
She said, ‘Me and Dolly have never really spoken, honestly, about me playing Dolly because I feel like I’m already doing it.’
Moreover, she suspects that while it would challenging to manage Parton’s large bust, she is confident that she could play her.

In addition, the interviewer asked Cyrus how she would embody Parton’s iconic features.
The 30-year-old singer on the other hand jokingly replied with, ‘I don’t know what they’re going to do to me. I’m sucked, I’m tucked and plucked, just like she taught me.’
Meanwhile, Cyrus is teaming up with Parton co-host of NBC’s second annual Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party special.
Additionally, the Party in the USA artist shared, ‘Because we do something similar, we get to do a really different show than we did last year.’
She continued with, ‘And that’s what me and Lorne [Michaels] really want is every year, to do it in a way that’s exactly what you want, but not what you would expect.’
Miley Cyrus’ relationship with her godmother Dolly Parton explored
Miley Cyrus was born in a country music family. In addition, she is the daughter of country singer Billy Ray Cyrus and is the real-life goddaughter of Dolly Parton.
Moreover, Parton talked about how she got close to Billy during a podcast interview with Just Jenny on Sirius XM in 2020.
