Megan Thee Stallion took the witness stand on Tuesday in a Los Angeles courtroom to testify against Tory Lanez.
If you didn’t know, the Grammy Award-winning artist is accusing Lanez of shooting her in the foot in July 2020.
Moreover, after taking the stand on the second day of the trial, Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney Kathy Ta asked Megan whether is having a hard time talking about the incident.
In addition, the WAP singer responded with, ‘I’m having a really difficult time sitting up here telling my story and having to sit across [from] people who have made up lies about me and having to [sit] across from Tory.’
She continued, ‘I try to be strong. I don’t like to look weak. I don’t want to give them the power that they’ve taken from me for the last three years.’

Megan Thee Stallion revealed Tory Lanez shot her following their dispute outside Kylie Jenner’s home.
Additionally, the 27-year-old rapper claimed that while getting into the car, Lanez told her to, ‘stop lying to your friend’ Kelsey Harris.
For the unversed, Harris is Meghan’s former assistant as well as an ex-friend.
Lanez reportedly wanted the Texas native to tell everyone including Harris about their relationship despite Megan’s refusal.
Meanwhile, Megan said during the trial, ‘I didn’t want her to know that I had dealt with him in any kind of way. So he knew I didn’t want her to know that. I didn’t want anybody to know…’
Furthermore, the pair went on to engage in a heated argument about their careers. They also supposedly dissed each other during the dispute.
Megan shared, ‘Tory was basically telling me I wasn’t s**t, and I said, ‘actually you ain’t s**t. This is where you at in your career. This is where you at with your music.’ And I feel like that really rubbed him in the wrong way. He kept yelling and cursing.’
However, Lanez allegedly opened fire on Megan when she started walking away from their vehicle.
Besides that, if Lanez is found guilty, he is most likely to face more than 22 years in prison.
