Mayim Bialik and Ken Jennings As Hosts Of ‘Jeopardy!’ Again In 2022!

It is good news as Mayim Bialik and Ken Jennings will continue as hosts at Jeopardy in 2022! The audience’s favorite host will continue the show as earlier Sony informed that they might leave because of their schedules. In September, Sony announced that Bialik and Jennings will part their ways from hosting through the end of this year. Jeopardy-Season 38 will go off air on 29 July’22 according to reports.

On Wednesday, Sony declared, the pair will host season 38 of Jeopardy that will air in the coming year. The long-running game show first aired in 1964 and tests the knowledge of participants related to various subjects and the winner receives prize money and claims the Title.

Sony Pictures Entertainment announced the news through the official social media handle. It stated, that we are delighted to inform you that Bialik and Jennings will continue showing as hosts through the end of Jeopardy! Season 38 and Michael Davies

will remain our executive producer. They further added that they are pleased to have such an excellent and experienced team in front as well as behind the camera as they head into 2022!

Mike Richards hosted the show briefly, after nine days he had to leave the show. Because of an insensitive comment, he made on a podcast previously. Richard’s misogynist comments about women, poor people, and Jewish led him to immense scrutiny. LeVar Burton, Robin Roberts, Anderson Cooper, Katie Couric, George Stephanopoulos, David Faber, Buzzy Cohen, and Aaron Rodgers are some of the names that tried to take the hosting for the full-time.

After Richard was laid off, Ken Jennings joined Bialik in September. Alex Trebek hosted Jeopardy since 1984 but last year health-related problem came up. He was battling stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Trebek passed away in November 2020. He hosted more than 8,000 episodes for the long-running show.

Mayim Bialik hosted the primetime special of the show and spinoff series. and shifted to daytime host after Richard left. Bialik, a fan favorite, is a real-life neuroscientist and actress who is famous for her role in Big Bang Theory as Amy Fowler. She hosted the show in May and June 2021.

Ken Jennings

Ken Jennings is the record holder with consecutive 74 wins on Jeopardy ever. The winning streak was worth 2.52 million dollars, and he is consulting producer of the show as well.
