According to recent news, Mama June’s daughter Anna ‘Chickadee’ Cardwell was diagnosed with cancer. Moreover, her family has come together to support her in any way they can.

Family sources close to Mama June revealed that her 28-year-old-year-old daughter Anna Cardwell has been diagnosed with stage 4 adrenal carcinoma earlier this year. 

They added that Anna was initially complaining about stomach aches. However, after they conducted a few tests, they found that the cancer was in her liver, kidney, and lung.

Moreover, news suggested that she underwent her first round of chemotherapy last month. In addition, she has seemingly begun to lose her hair.

Doctors on the other hand are waiting to see her body’s reaction toward the treatment before they can conclude anything for certain.

Meanwhile, Anna’s family is reported as ‘very hopeful’ that she will manage to pull through.

Besides that, as per reports, her family is stepping up to support Anna while she is battling with the dilemma.

Furthermore, they are helping to take care of Anna’s two kids, Kaitlyn who is 10 years old, and Kylee who has turned 7 years old.

Additionally, Anna’s boyfriend reportedly named Eldridge has refused to leave her side during the uncertainty.

Mama June celebrates her first anniversary with her husband Justin Stroud

Mama June Shannon celebrated her first wedding anniversary with her husband Justin Stroud last week.

Moreover, she took to her social media account to share a series of herself alongside two to reflect on the year they shared as husband and wife.

She went on to call Stroud ‘the most imperfect person but the most perfect person in my eyes’ in her lengthy anniversary post.

In addition, she said, ‘One year ago I married my best friend.’

She continued, ‘A lot of people didn’t want us together or thought we wouldn’t… make it but we have been through ALOT. To say the least.’

She added that it was ‘very nice’ to figure out situations together before penning, ‘I have never experienced that before.’

Subsequently, she stated, ‘I know it’s hard to deal with at times but I’m glad (you’re) with me and (the) girls.’

Mama June then claimed that she, ‘can’t wait to see what the future holds (be)cause I (know) all the good the bad and whatever life throws at either of us we will get (through) it together.’
