According to the court, the automobile was driven off the road and into a central reservation barrier. There it was ripped apart at the moment of contact. At roughly 1.30 a.m., the horrific crash occurred on the A46 near Six Hills junction in Leicestershire. The emergency services rushed to the area after receiving information that a silver Skoda Fabia had left the road.
