In a new track, Lil Uzi Vert addresses the controversy surrounding his satanic lyrics about City Girls’ JT. Lil Uzi Vert and his crew were caught by TMZ in Beverly Hills, Calif., on Monday (March 13) as he discussed the viral track that he debuted at 2023 Rolling Loud California entitled, “I made a City Girl believe in Satan.”. It’s not Satan, but I make a girl do whatever I tell her, Lil Uzi Vert explained, after confirming the song will appear on his upcoming album The Pink Tape. According to Uzi, his girlfriend JT didn’t think too much of the lyrics when asked about it. I made the song in front of her when she was there.

She understands what I mean. Just Wanna Rock’s rapper explained that he doesn’t believe in Satan and that he isn’t concerned about people accusing him of worshipping Lucifer. The fact that they even say that doesn’t matter to me, he added. The lyrics in my songs are whatever I want them to be. It’s the same as my freedom of speech. I come from a very religious family. Being an adult and living my life, I actually just say whatever I want. Even if I offend people, it’s not my intention. The option is there for them to turn it off if they don’t like it…They probably just need to chill out for a while.

Rapper Lil Uzi Vert Responses To Backlash Regarding ‘City Girls’ Satanic Lyrics

There is no dancing with the devil for Lil Uzi Vert. A controversial new song featuring a reference to his girlfriend, JT of City Girls, debuted by the “Just Wanna Rock” rapper at Rolling Loud California earlier this month. The rapper, who wore a pentagram belt, commonly associated with Satanism, rapped, I make a City Girl believe in Satan. However, Summer Walker called him out for promoting Satanism on social media. In an Instagram post, singer Summer Walker called out Uzi. I genuinely wonder, have these people ever seen or heard a demon before, she wrote over a video of Uzi’s performance. Or it’s just a trend because if you’ve seen one, you’d stop playing…there’s nothing funny or cute about it. God bless you all. Uzi has now responded. According to TMZ, the lyrics weren’t literal and were only metaphorical. Despite wearing a pentagram symbol on his beanie, he said he was not Satan but just made a girl do whatever he said. JT wasn’t too concerned with the lyrics. Uzi added that she didn’t think too much of it.

She knows what I mean. Also, Lil Uzi Vert dismissed the backlash, saying he doesn’t care about it. Due to the fact that I just say whatever I want in my songs, I don’t even pay attention to what they say. It’s just like my right to free speech. The rapper Lil Uzi Vert went on to clarify that he does not believe in Satan and is not concerned with those who accuse him of worshipping Lucifer. Lil Uzi Vert added that he doesn’t pay attention to what they say. It’s just me saying what I want in my songs. It’s the same as my freedom of speech. I come from a very religious family. As an adult, I can say whatever I want since I’m finally living my life. Despite the fact that I may offend some people, I don’t mean to offend any of them. However, they can turn it off if they don’t like it…They probably need to chill out a little bit.
