Lil Durk Is Being Criticized After Working With Morgan Wallen Following The N-word Controversy

After a clip of him yelling the N-word was out in February 2021, the country musician was in a big scandal.
The 29-year-old, whose actual name is Durk Derrick Banks. He was in question regarding Wallen’s controversial use of the insulting slur. And whether or not he should really return. Durk also refuted the notion that Wallen was a racist.

One Twitter user said, “Now they both canceled.”
Following viral video footage showing Morgan Wallen. Uttering the racist term after seeing what seemed to be a night out along with buddies. Wallen caught himself in the controversy. Wallen can be seen outdoors shouting cuss words at his companions in the video. He also was caught on camera using racist and nasty remarks. This sparked numerous debates.

Morgan Wallen’s Comeback
In the end, Morgan Wallen expressed regret for his actions. He stated that he will contribute $500,000 to Black-led organizations, although it’s uncertain whether he ever did so.
After his incident, Wallen was almost barred from the media for a while. However, the popularity of ‘Broadway Girls’ has allowed him to come back to the radio. With ‘Sand in My Boots,’ Wallen has reached No. 9 on Billboard’s classic rock list for the very first time since February.
In an appearance on comedian Druski’s Clubhouse chat show on December 29. Wallen indicated a desire in collaborating with Lamar for the first time. “I do love Moneybagg [Yo]…,” Wallen responded after Druski questioned who his dream hip-hop collaboration would’ve been.
