Kyle Rittenhouse is 18 year old who took a stand for himself. He stated the incident as a self-defense situation during the protest. He also claimed that he had done nothing wrong as he was protecting himself from the attackers.

As per The Journal Times’ statement, in 2016, Thomas Binger worked unsuccessfully as a Democrat for district attorney in Racine County. Sources noted Thomas Binger saying, “In the last two years as a prosecutor, I have won 13 jury trials.”

Kyle Rittenhouse Statement in Court

As per news reports, in August 2020, there held a protest That resulted in huge damage to the property. In that protest, Kyle Rittenhouse was involved in protecting the property to get destroyed on the streets. During the testifying session in the court, Kyle Rittenhouse had claimed that he was acting as a protector and not having any intention to murder someone.

The 18-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse said, “I did not intend to kill. I intended to stop the person who was trying to kill me and trying to steal my gun.”

Rittenhouse also said that he was involved in protecting the car dealerships with the help of other armed civilians, as he saw the protest getting worsen with time. The destruction caused by the protesters was huge in number.
Later, Kyle Rittenhouse also stated during the testifying session that he has experience as a firefighter and is a first responder cadet in the area where he was born. That was the only reason that he was able to handle the first air and protected two people during the protest.

Thomas Binger is helping him in this case and they are trying their best to prove Kyle innocent.
