Kourtney Kardashian took to her Instagram account to share a series of pictures with her fans of the big day.

The photographs consisted of the now-married couple standing at the altar.

The 43-year-old star said ‘I do’ to Travis Barker as she donned a white, corseted Dolce & Gabbana mini-dress. The ensemble also included delicate and floral lace details on its sleeves, bottom, as well as sides.

Kardashian’s customized lingerie-inspired dress also consisted of a long dramatic veil that was embroidered with a depiction of the Virgin Mary. Furthermore, the words ‘Family Loyalty Respect’ was stitched beneath Mary’s picture.

For her reception, the celebrity changed into a smaller version of the headpiece following the wedding ceremony.

It was reported that Kourtney Kardashian’s elaborate wedding veil was hand embroidered.

Regardless, many eagle-eyed fans were quick to point out that the portrait on her veil matched the Blink-182 drummer’s distinctive tattoo atop his head.

Travis Barker has previously opened up about the religious significance of his most ink pieces. A couple of times he had talked about the Virgin Mary tattoo he sports atop of his skull.

While talking with Vice back in 2015 Barker said, ‘I got the Virgin Mary tattooed on my foreman when I was 18, 19 and I was brought up Catholic.’

The 46-year-old star further mentioned,’ I definitely pray; I believe in God. I definitely think I was blessed. So I’m not at church every day and I’m not pushing religion on people. But I believe in God and I pray and my kids pray.’
