Kim Kardashian tossed out as a defendant in Blac Chyna’s defamation lawsuit
Kim Kardashian’s attorney David Rhodes requested to remove the Skims founder from Blac Chyna’s defamation lawsuit. He mentions that Chyna has failed to provide a statement or an instance where Kim used a defamatory comment against her.
Chyna’s legal team however responded to the claims saying that Chyna has a right to a jury trial against the 41 years old actress for defamation.
Gregory Alarcon, the Superior Court Judge of Los Angeles, however, granted Rhodes’ request to dismiss Kim from the alleged claims against her.
He further stated that no evidence was found that can prove Chyna’s alleged accusations against the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star.
Earlier before this month’s trial, the 33 years old, Chyna, mentions that Kim, Kris, Khloé, Kylie, and Rob had done her ‘so wrong’.
Multiple revelations were raised during this month’s trial. One of such disclosures revealed that Chyna wielded a gun against Rob when the pair were in an alleged physical altercation. Chyna however later said that the gun was unloaded and she was being playful.
Rob further accused that Chyna once hit him with a 6-foot metal rod on the night of 14th December 2016. Chyna maintains that she did not execute that and denied Rob’s claims. Rob’s mother Kris stated during the trial that she thinks Chyna was trying to kill Rob.
