Kim Burrell recently updated her social media followers about her health condition, following Tyrese Gibson’s announcement on Instagram that she is hospitalized. To update her fans, the actress posted a selfie to her social media account with the caption: Good late evening. I’m happy to report that everything is fine. The majority of you know that @tyrese would never do or say anything to hurt my feelings. I would appreciate it if you all relaxed and prayed for my recovery. All of you are special to me. Kim Burrell and Tyrese Gibson shared a picture on Instagram where they were seen smiling at each other.
Burrell had been struggling with a health-related issue for quite some time, according to the caption of the post. To make sure she is well, the F9 star appealed to everyone to pray for her as well as to help with funds through PayPal’s cash app Venmo Zelle. According to Gibson, Burrell had been fine three weeks ago, but now has pneumonia and damaged lungs. According to him, the medical bills amounted to almost $15,000. In addition, Gibson stated prayers were necessary since Burrell had to cancel five shows, and he wanted her to rest and recover as quickly as possible.

Following Tyrese’s announcement that she had pneumonia in both lungs, gospel singer Kim Burrell posted on Instagram. She asks her fans to keep praying for her recovery and says she is doing well. “Good evening, everyone. The good news is that all is well,” Burrell captioned a selfie. Those of you who know @tyrese know there is nothing he would not do or say for me. I would appreciate it if everyone would relax and pray for my recovery. Thank you all for being there for me. Tyese’s post included a video of the two of them on Saturday night sharing the concerning update. It has been reported by Hollywood Unlocked that he is “in tears” as he worries about her. As he wrote: No more than three weeks ago, my mother was in the best of spirits. It just broke my heart to hear that my stepmother has pneumonia and both lungs. I’m lost for words. We have a fund of 15,000 to cover whatever medical expenses are incurred. It is fine if you know Kim and you have a relationship with her, but please stop all that you are doing and send the most heartfelt and beautiful prayer for mama Kim to get through this unexpected health crisis. I am in tears because I don’t know what to do.

According to Tyrese, Burrell cancelled several shows and is stressed out about the missed opportunities. It’s my mother and I would appreciate any prayers or advice you can give! Her five shows had to be cancelled, and she was stressed out about it, but I just wanted her to have enough money to have no worries about the shows, so she could just rest and recover. This world has already become a different place due to Kim Burrell and we want to keep it that way. I love you, mother. In addition, Tyrese invited fans to send Burrell money via PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle.
