Kevin Dugar, who has been falsely imprisoned for murder, has been released from jail because his twin brother Karl Smith admitted guilt. Kevin Dugar, 44, has been eventually out from Chicago’s Cook County Jail. On Wednesday, January 26th, 9 years following his twin brother Karl Smith, 44. Admitted to the clan 2003 homicide. He’d change afterward and go dancing with his brother. He then stated that he won’t confess throughout his brother’s hearing since he didn’t think his brother would be convicted.
